Founded in 1973 as Harrington Environmental Engineering (HEE), which fabricated fiberglass vessels, HEE combined with Duall, adding the manufacturing of thermoplastics such as PVC and polypropylene to their offerings. In 1988, Met Pro, a company with similar offerings, bought HEE-Duall and operated as Met Pro until 2006 when Met Pro separated from Harrington Industrial Plastics, Inc. CECO Environmental purchased Met Pro in 2013 and continues to offer the full line of HEE-Duall products.
