As Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Development with Jackson Hewitt, Pam led talent management and developed the organization’s strategy for recruiting, developing, rewarding and retaining the best talent. As part of this effort, she is credited with improving HR efficiency and the employee experience by managing and implementing a fully integrated HRIS. The resulting increase in employee morale correlated with an increase in customer satisfaction. Earlier in her career, she held human resource leadership roles at Harry and David, Musician’s Friend, Gibson Guitars, The Brand Consultancy, and Ernst & Young LLC.
Pam holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Marketing from Baldwin-Wallace University. She holds professional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Consulting Professional (SCP).
